There’s nothing I love more than a fresh, festive cocktail. When I host Easter brunch this year, this fruity little number will be the main libation on the menu, sure to be a crowd pleaser. It’s classy, pretty, and easy to put together. While it does scream Easter, it can be served for just about any occasion this spring. Pinkies up!
In a champagne glass, combine:
- Three muddled strawberries
- One shot of pineapple juice
- One shot of vodka
- Half shot of simple syrup
Top it off with your favorite champagne and garnish with cotton candy.
