The Best Diaper Bag For Baby and Working Mama

Any mom will tell you the importance of a good diaper bag. When I was pregnant with Piper, I searched high and low for the perfect bag—one that was stylish, durable, had ample room for ALL THE THINGS, and could keep things organized. It was a tall order, and it has taken me until now to find one that checks off everything on my list! 

I discovered Lily Jade at the Thrive Blogger’s Conference in Austin. It didn’t take me long to fall in love! I immediately wanted one, so you can imagine how excited I was when the postman finally delivered my bag!

Lily Jade is definitely a worthy investment. You can tell how much care and attention goes into making each bag and truly, the price is lower than I would imagine for such a luxurious bag. I know I will be carrying this bag long after I use it for Piper. It will be great on travel, a night out, or to the office- so the cost is totally justified. 

This blush and gold Meggan bag is so feminine and functional. The beautiful, reinforced stitching and gold hardware are small details that make a big difference. Everything down to the tassels and double-sided leather is beautiful and classic. Lily Jade uses premium grade leathers made in New York, so no two bags are the same. They tumble full grain leather to bring out the texture; this is way more than most other brands can say, even the pricey ones! The ends are tucked in on the handles, straps, and pocket edges so it won’t wear down over time. Seriously, I think they’ve thought of just about everything!

Can someone say “heart eyes” ?? 

The organizer inside is so great– everything you need to carry around for baby has a designated place, making it easy to find when you need to reach inside. I can even pull out the organizer and replace it with my laptop when I’m heading out by myself. Perfect for a working mom. Piper’s things stay organized and contained and I don’t have to worry about taking all of her stuff with me when I don’t need it. The liner is durable and thick and the inside pockets are trimmed in the same leather as the shell of the bag. 

I’ve never seen such a beautiful bag; it almost doesn’t seem right to call the Lily Jade “just” a diaper bag. It’s a luxurious, classic work of art that makes carrying around diapers and sippy cups seem like a dream.
